For over 21 years Scott Honda has been an accredited member of the nationally recognized Better Business Bureau (BBB) and as 2010 winds to a close we are proud to announce that we continue to hold the highest rating possible, an A+.
A standard by which all well respected businesses rate themselves, the BBB has been active in the Mid-Atlantic since the 1920's. Their mission is "to promote and foster the highest ethical relationship between business and the public through voluntary self-regulation, consumer and business education, and service excellence."

According to their website, BBB Standards for Trust, that include "eight principles that summarize important elements of creating and maintaining trust in business. [Scott Honda] has affirmed to meet and abide by BBB Standards for Trust."
The eight BBB Standards are; build trust, advertise honestly, tell the truth, be transparent, honor promises, be responsive, safeguard privacy and embody integrity.
